I'm taking this primarily for bone density. I understand it also helps maintain/increase oestrogen and testosterone, as well as a host of other benefits. I am 53, recently had a bone density scan and was found to be 3% above average for my age. I was pleased with that and hope this supplement will help keep my bones in good nick as I get older. I take one capsule after breakfast, haven't noticed any ill effects, so good quality for me.

It's really surprising how much boron helps. It helps sleep and bones and even mood. There is much research on drinking a pinch of borax/boron, but Id rather just take a supplement.

I got this Boron because it was multiple versions of boron so I thought it would be a more effective boron for my bones. This brand was also recommended as one of the top 10 brands for boron. The price point was good too. You need boron to absorb calcium into your bones. When I found this Information out, that’s when I did a search for a quality boron product.

Good quality Boron Boron deficiency can result from a diet filled with frequent carbs. supplementing Boron can help with bone strength. it is also an ingredient necessary for regulation of our bodily hormones. Symptoms can obviously arise. Benefits are yet to be seen. Packaging adeequate. Capsule size average. No taste.

I like that it's triple boron which is better for absorption for the bones. Bluebonnet Nutrition Triple Boron was recommend for me and I'm pleased with it.

Boron is great for bone health and mineralisation. Boron is certainly underappreciated and misunderstood, more people need to take boron, please research about it! This boron from Bluebonnet contains Boron citrate, aspartate, glycinate, a great combination. It is the cleanest form of Boron I found, without many additives, but it still has magnesium stearate.

I got this because it has different forms so your body has a choice on what it may prefer any given day. I only take it maybe three times a week, every other day.

Since I started taking it I did see a bit higher raise in my natural test (I take 12mg daily). I started off with 3, then 6, then 9 and now 12mg a day since the body will adapt to boron dosage in 2 weeks or so and you will lose the benefits aka flatline, so I would suggest going up to 12-15mg a day in a slow way starting with 3mg first and then going off the supplement for 2 weeks after 2-3 months being on it. Out of all the borons on the site I would say this is deff top 2-3 imo. I would recommend it. Also you can spread the dosage hrough out the day once you pass 6mg. I take 12mg all at once tho and have no issues. The taste is good and the size is not an issue.
