I like this product. Very quality. Easy to use - ingredient is in powder form. I swallow it and drink it with water. The taste is slightly sweet, pleasant. The packaging size is large and will last a long time. A small spoon is included in the package for easy use. About effect. I started using it because of heavy bleeding to balance the effects of hormones. It's been a month now and I can say that it really works. The bleeding is not as heavy and most importantly, the pain has decreased .I also feel the effect on my nervous system, I perceive the world much more calmly.
