Turmeric Curcumin, 500 mg, 120 Veggie Capsules

I bought it because it is easy to take turmeric in capsules because it has no flavor, and that way I can take it and benefit because it is a powerful antioxidant. Curcumin taken twice a day may help improve memory performance in adults without dementia. Anyone trying to control inflammation could benefit from adding a little turmeric, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and other joint disorders, colitis, allergies and infections.

I like the thought of taking Tumeric Curcumin, although it has been noted that for best absorbency, to take combined with piperine. I have tried that, and it gave me heartburn, so I use the plain Tumeric, and I hope to derive some of the same benefits, even if to a lesser extent. This brand seems fine.

There’s powder floating around in the bottle. Smells legit. Not sure yet if it’s helping joint pains. No side effects taking one a day.

I am happy with this purchase, it looks fine with good quality and strong ingredients, of course I just started taking it, but overall no smell or bad taste.I hope I can see the improvements and benefits from this month, I am looking to improve the inflammation on my body as I am 40 + so the age is the factor of I am taking this vitamin.

quality is great. the ingredients are very effective. and for the price its on point. i always prefer this brand. the dosage is also on point as needed and i felt the difference from the benefits. there is only light smell but no taste which is great. the quantity and pill size is on point

These capsules are really good quality, doesn't make a mess like turmeric often tends to. Ingerdients are exactly as it should, nothing unnecessary. Price is quite affordable when dosing it 2x per day. I'm taking this in combination with milk thistle for HGF boost, but obviously there's plethora of other health benefits.

Great quality single ingredient (turmeric) product. After taking it I noticed improvements in my joints and my cognitive abilities. Among benefits is the lowering of the inflammation due to its antioxidant properties, which often leads to reduced joint pain. The taste is neutral, while the capsules are easy to consume.

Great quality, best ingredients and size is big 100 capsules and the smell is okay since it is a capsule it also helps with sleep and stress and mood also and doesn’t have a taste since it’s a capsule so overall very great product I would recommend it for it is benefit
