Been taking these for several weeks now. It does not do magic but definitely helps. I have quite soft nails which tend to split and after taking this supplement the nails became stronger, did not do much for hair but skin is another story. Unfortunately the downside for me is that I have finally realised that there is a high chance that I am allergic to biotin. This supplement has a low percentage of it which after some time caused me to slowly but surely develop an itchy rash on my neck (the supplement is not to blame here) just my lack of knowledge about my own health. If you are considering these, give it a try. From what I have observed, if taken long term they will bring good results. I on the other hand will have to figure out what to do with the extra bottle I purchased :)
