I deal with insomnia from a chronic illness, I can get to sleep pretty well but find myself waking up around 3 am most nights unable to get back to sleep. Someone suggest time-release melatonin and it's been a game-changer. I've used other brands, some did nothing and others like Life Extension were great. Life Extension has seemed to discontinue their 3mg, so I tried these from Source Naturals and they're just as good. The pill size is small, so very easy to swallow. You get so many tablets too, such great value. It may seem expensive compared to other brands but this container will last you a long time. Highly recommend it if you're a middle-of-the-night waker, this may help you get to 6-7am!

The quality and ingredients are good. Small size tablets easy to swallow. The dosage is just about right for me but I still wake up after 2 hours of sleep sometimes. It could be some other factors though as sleep is very complicated.

good quality,good size.I took 6mg instead of 3 mg.,the igredient are natural ,just melatonin.,they taste normal,no bad guality. I have taken just one week and i like that i sleep better .I hope they help me more.The size of tablet are small.My dosage are 2 tablets,that meen i take 6 mg.

Not good value for the money. It caused significant dry mouth for me, and the timed-release effect feels missing or ineffective. Instead of providing sustained sleep support, it felt inconsistent and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t repurchase.

This timed release version of Melatonin helps me sleep through morning. With the timed release melatonin, if I do wake up - I'm still groggy enough to get back to sleep easily. With regular melatonin formulas, if I were to wake up during the night it would take me up to two hours to get back to sleep. I have a lot of food allergies but non of the ingredients in this version cause me any reactions. I trust this brand to have quality ingredients.
