These are amazing I took it bc I was having trouble concentrating and I needed something to focus my mind because I felt like I was procrastinating unintentionally. Once o took this I was able to focus again. It is the perfect blend because it wasn’t strong like something else I took in the past. It just did what I needed it to.

I finished this bottle, but I am unable to say if I felt any noticeable benefit from it, as I was taking a stand-alone Ashwagandha supplement in addition to this one, which I would rotate every day between this and the other, as not to take too much at one time. It's too hard to tell if it was this supplement or the other that helped.

although the smell is off, this helps with my digestion and made me lose some weight
