This is my first time to use this brand because as I was thoroughly checking my previous brand, I found out that it contains maltrodexin. The quality of this supplement is very good as it contains mostly natural ingredients. It's also in tablet form (which I always prefer than capsules) at a regular easy to swallow size. Among the other multis (for 50+) I have checked, this is the only one that does not have maltrodexin. It has very good effect on me, especially that I workout most days of the week. It does not have off-taste as well.
