Even tho I do like these capsules a lot mainly for anxiety/depression, reduce cravings, and somewhat reduce fat, quality is great, no weird taste it’s kinda sweet? it help metabolism a bit so that’s plus but my god it made my period late I ended up having to stop taking these mainly I thought had pregnancy scare I reduce my capsule intake only 1 a day not 2/3 like I had before other benefit of this product is reduce hair thinning
