Standardised for triterpenoids and a decent price. Without standardization, the amount of active compounds can vary drastically depending on: plant origin, harvesting season, drying, extraction methods etc.

I quite like Gotu Kola - I find a single capsule per day makes me feel a bit more in control - I have CPTSD. I'm taking a few things together and this makes me a bit less hypervigilant.

Not yet have received it. But I expect it to help drive down my inflammation in my joints and add circulation (blood flow). I will update once fully tested.
