Initially I was contemplating between Nature Bounty and Alive as I wanted to try something that helps with my hair growth and I've been using Multivitamins for years and they work for me so I decided I'm going to try the Hair vitamins. I saw hair growth by the second week taking this product. It works well for me and I will continue to take them.

Taste good but not that much of results as I wish
I’ve been taking the Biotin Jelly Beans for a while, and I love how easy and enjoyable they are compared to regular pills. The flavor is sweet and fruity, making them a treat to take daily. They taste great. Wish they used a sweetener instead of sugar. However, while they provide a good dose of biotin, I haven’t noticed dramatic hair or nail growth yet—though that might take more time with consistent use.
