What have we not taken as a laxative. It helps a lot. 2-4 tablets when constipation and the problem is solved. I don't take it every day, but often. It's better than other remedies because there is no, I hope, addiction. I read here before buying that there is no addiction. I hope the reviews on this matter were real.Tastes good, size is small, although you don't need to swallow them.
Takes a couple of days to work. Does not upset your system. So natural you forget you took it. On the downside does not work every time.
