It actually works. I managed to control inflammation caused by gluten. I wish the manufacturer actually listed what vegetarian material is used in making the capsule. Also it is not GMP certified. I am not sure I am completely convinced that DEA and OTC compliance is enough. The latter two and more about controlled substances, but not manufacturing practices. Hence, I'm giving only 4 stars.

but it's cheaper to buy turmeric and push it into empty caps. That's messy however if you've been affected by the current climate, we all need to help each other out so save some money, buy empty capsules and Turmeric spice, it'll last longer and be cheaper to boot! :) I hope my tip helps you. I’ve been taking these turmeric capsules daily for a few months now. They’re easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach like some other brands. I’ve noticed less joint pain and better flexibility. I like that they’re vegan and don’t have added fillers.
