I have tried from this brand the probiotic gummies first and this one was way better, the suggested dosage is two gummies a day but i find it even helpful when I take on days were my ibs is having a flare or if i eat something irritating and during regular bloating and discomfort it did really benefit me even if i take only one gummy, the size is good the ingredients are of good quality the taste is like apple cherry i really recommend it but keep in mind that my experience with it was immediate if i need a quick fix for the day
