Literally a game changer for me. No more hot flashes at night, no more sugar craving during the day. I wake up without feeling tired, my mood has gotten much better as well. I have tried a few supplements for perimenopause, but this one only is a game changer and the taste is nice, as I was super worried about the powder taste as I usually don't drink any sodas or sugary drinks. My 15 year old daughter has been taking this for a couple of months to help with her irregular menstrual cycle. It seems to be helping as her cycle is regular now but she is also taking progesterone medication so we won’t know for sure until she stops the progesterone.

This inositol supplement is very new to me as the powder seems stale. It brownish however the the taste and the smell seem okay. Fresh and has a tinge of vanilla on it. Didn’t taste the like mixed berries to me. Though it tastes like a sugar free drink. It has a little bitter after taste and you can only taste if at the back of your tongue. My old inositol is white and proportioned as it is packed individually. Compared to this new one, this has a bigger portion but easily dissolved even in cold water. For the result: please wait until 3 months or until I finish the initial container

It tastes good and dissolves easily. i like that the ingredients include COQ10 and folic acid so you don’t need to take those separately. There are a lot of servings in the container. i wish the scoop was a little longer to reach the bottom.
