Didn’t do a d@*m thing ! Don’t know if it’s cumulative or not, but regardless, the small amount (4 to be exact) isn’t enough to tell you if the effects, if any, take place after long term use. If that’s the case, then The Good Patch products are definitely a rip-off. I’ve tried both Think and Wake, and neither of them cut it!!!
It was fun to try these, but I don't think I'll repurchase them. Too expensive and non-essential. :)
I've found the Think patches to be effective for focus and energy. It's more of a gentle nudge than a dramatic effect, which, as someone with anxiety, I definitely appreciate.
Good and lasts the whole day easily. It's not very strong though and won't turn a super tired day into a good one - but if you're just lacking a little spark it works wonders.
I personally didn’t feel any difference with these patches. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but for me, it was a waste of money.
This works just like caffeine! It's amazing! Cost per patch is similar to a cup of coffee in general. So i reckon it is for situations where you're far away from a cafe or simply on the go.
