Good magnesium L-threonate source. Good for my stack. It complements b-12 complex (Neurovite), Omega 3 Power, Happy Saffron, Vitamin D3 + K2, Gluthathione, also Smart Collagen. i will personally also try Smart Metabolic Burn supplement due to macrosomia (too high weight at birth) which increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular and metabolic issues.
When I feel that I’m too much stress I go and take 3 pills after while I feel more grounded and calm plus it helps me to sleep fast.
Love the fact that it contains magneisum, L Theanine and Ashwagantha all in one pill. I do feel better when i take this usually, but it could be just a psychological thing as well im not too sure...
These calm my brain supplements from Dr Amen are definitely helping me with brain fog and anxiety symptoms. My teen also takes them and there has been many benefits including reduced anxiety and improved sleep. They are easy to take and I find that 1 or 2 capsules is enough.

I usually take 3 pills dosage daily, and I’ve benefited from it alot! I feel like it really does calm my mind since all ingredients are supposed to make you relax. I just wish for the size of it to be a little less pricier

I really like these when I feel tense and irritable. Helps get on with the day with ease and grace. I make my husband take them too when he starts to bite his nails too much.
I have found that this helps significantly with sleep. I can get back to sleep quickly after a middle-of-the-night wake up. My usual issue is hyper brain in the middle of the night, hopping from one thought to another, to another, etc. This supplement, more than any I’ve tried, has stopped that. So I fall back to sleep easily now.
I purchased these as a natural supplement to help with slight anxiety and racing thoughts. It looks like a good mix of ingredients. I’ve only been taking a week so it’s not been long enough to tell if it’s working.
