Focus & Energy, 120 Vegan Capsules

I had high expectations for this supplement, but unfortunately, I’m not experiencing the level of focus I was hoping. I’ve been taking two capsules a day instead of 4, usually between 9 and 10am, and while it does keep me alert, it also makes it hard to fall asleep at night — even when I tried lowering the dose to just one capsule. I’ll keep testing it a bit longer, but for now, the effect feels more like overstimulation than balanced energy.

We ordered this from Dr. Amen's site but like that we can easily order it here, as well. We like it. It is a bit expensive, in my opinion, but when we have it on hand, we definitely take it and feel a bit more energized. Because it is on the expensive side we usually only take it on days when we didn't get much sleep and really need it. Hope this helps.

As I age with flexibility in my daily routine I found I was not as alert. This product was recommended to me and I have now been using for 2 months. I don’t experience the brain fog. Not sure about the energy effects but I can say I have seen quicker growth in hair and nails. And my doctor said to keep taking this.

These are my only pick for focus. The capsules are easy to take due to their small size, and leave no aftertaste. I know the quality and ingredients are the best out there. I’ve been taking these for years and I find they make a significant difference in my clarity when working.

I bought these for my 19 year old son. He's noticed an immediate benefit from taking them, after just a few days. He's got better focus and follow through, and getting less overwhelmed. He's also taking tyrosine (brain MD brand) and omega 3 krill oil at the same time. Winning combo, Highly recommend

Have only just started and have yet to measure a difference so I will revisit this review in a little while. The research and claims seem to suggest it will be a positive effect.

This product is best for adhd it gives you energy as well
