I've tried one capsule last night, I didn't like the smell in the bottle and I don't know if it's the original smell or because am keeping it in room temperature not in fridge for a long time .. anyway, I took the capsule after my meal that consisted of grapes, Almond butter along with dried figs and coconut water. in the morning, I felt some nausea and a horrible diarrhea started along with abdominal cramps. It was really bad.. I can't confirm if that was because of the Capsule or it's a food poisoning or due to magnesium rich figs but I will be more careful about using it. the size of the capsule is ok.. i didn't like the package that much. It looked kind of suspicious to me and not nice. maybe the does is high to me. I don't know
