I can tell a difference

Nature's Answer, Liquid Eye Care is a high quality product that helps with cataracts. I take 1 tbsp every other day. After 4 doses, I can already tell a difference in the clarity of my vision. The benefits of clear vision are worth the vitamin taste which isn't too bad with the orange strawberry flavor. I use 1 cup of water to mix the 1 tbsp dosage.

I take eye nutrient capsules every day that contain anti-oxidents, but added this one to augment them to higher levels. I have floaters and have been taking it for only one month. But the liquid form may be absorbed better than capsules and the higher levels of nutrients and anti- toxins are a nice plus too

Bonus for your eyes

The bonus here is that this stuff TASTES GREAT. I mix it with juice because it is thick, but the benefit of that is that it just makes the juice taste better. I was looking for astaxanthin as an ingredient; this has the exact proper dosage for the highest quality, and includes lutein as well.

I find this supplement very well-balanced in terms of ingredients — it contains vitamin A, lutein, and other essential nutrients for eye health. The taste is pleasantly sweet, and I didn’t experience any side effects. As for the effect, it’s hard to say for sure, but my eyes do seem to feel less tired after long hours at the computer. Just keep in mind, you shouldn’t expect any dramatic improvements in vision.
