These are pretty good. The taste is good and they are not too sticky. However, I think less expensive biotin products work just as well.

I bought these because I think they are good for my hair. However I'm considering not buying in the future because they are unecesarily sweet. Perhaps this is due to the fact that these are gummies. In any case I am trying to avoid sugar and sweetners and therefor this is not something I will keep buying.
