I use the strategy of taking a higher dose of fisetin (20mg/kg) based on the concept of intermittent or "pulse" dosing for senolytics. The rationale behind this approach is that a brief, concentrated exposure to the senolytic compound may be sufficient to eliminate a significant portion of senescent cells without the need for continuous dosing. This intermittent approach may also help to minimize potential side effects or adaptation to the compound.   I've done it for 2 months so far. Taking such a large dose means 10 of these 100mg capsules in one go along with all the other supplements I take so I might want to look for another brand that provides 500mg or 1g per capsule just for easier swallowing. Other than that I am 100% satisfied.
