Amazing .. Very good quality ,high in vitmins and minerals and it is great for hair skin and nails .. I have alot more energy, and bright and alert, but also I train most days, before getting up the next day was absolutely excruciating, but with this product it dissapears, all I feel is the good pain, the gains!! The ingredients are great without fillers and the size of pills is no too big.
