Tastes like icing sugar, but like half as sweet. Heard heard about a lot of benefits for sleep, cellular health and brain health, and metabolism. Haven't used it long enough to experience results, but I use other NOW products in their bulk form (NAC, Glycine, Magnesium bisglycinate) in combination with it, and I appreciate that they are in a bulk powder form with nothing added.
I wondered why I didn't use this before instead of the pills, it's super easy to use dissolves quickly in any beverage and doesn't need much liquids, the quality and ingredients as all now products are super the packaging is good i hope if they include a measure spoon so i don't need to use my kitchen measure spoons
