I'm new to taking this. My doctor recommended it at smaller doses to help my adrenal system and body calm down. I'm still waiting to see if it works for that. I have been exercising and am gaining muscle and losing fat. Not sure if this is assisting that but there you go!
THis product is doing what I've read it's supposed to. I take a bit of sweetness and wonder if a sweetener was added. But it's not on the label. Maybe L-glutamine is naturally sweet. I don't know.

I like this because it has no flavour at all, some powders are hard to drink but this is so easy. The quality seems good and the powder is lasting a long time which is good. Overall great value and great taste, that is no taste!!
