The quality of these are really good and I can tell that the minerals and ingredients in them are natural. They are a great size and the dosage seems quite right. The packaging is also very easy to get into which I found to be quite great. I was reluctant with the taste of first because the ingredients stated that they were mixed berry flavour yet the ingredients say they are cherry and I’m normally not a fan of cherry flavoured things. However I found that after time I got better with writing these Gummies they are a great supplement to have especially being a woman. They help with any symptoms of my condition for my monthly cycle and prevent me from having a deficiency with iron which I have been known to have in the past.
