Melatonin, Natural Berry, 5 mg, 365 Fast Dissolve Tablets

After a long journey of reviewing research and checking reviews concerning melatonin, I've finally decided to give it a try. This product in particular delivers great quality for a relatively low price. The ingredient dosage (5mg) is supposedly verified by independent labs. The pill size isn't too large and feels comfortable to keep under the tongue. The taste is slightly artificial, with a sandy texture but is nonetheless acceptable. For me, 20 y.o male, the pill takes 15-20 minutes to completely dissolve if I'm well hydrated. The first night I didn't notice much benefit, but the second was completely different, a warm cozy drowsy sensation kicks in about 20 minutes after pill dissolution and all you got to do is close your eyes and enjoy. I noticed a different dream like feeling the following days but it can be reduced by halfing the pill (it still works). I also noticed vivid dreams that I enjoy, and little thirst. I tried sleeping without taking the pill and I managed to (no signs of addiction/dependence). Overall, I strongly recommend!

IHerb sells so many high quality products. Haven’t used this brand before but it’s a great product at a great price. This is so good, when you wake up in the middle of the night, pop one of these tablets in your mouth. You don’t need water and they will help you doze off quickly. The dosage is one tablet and they taste pretty good.

These fast dissolve tablets work quickly. If I wake up at night I’ll take one or two depending on what time it is. I usually go right back to sleep. They are tiny and taste good, although you are supposed to swallow them with water. I suppose you could also do sublingual good price for the quantity. It’s nice that they are 5mg so you can dose amount as needed.

The tablets work great!! My whole family love them. We've just about run out though, so I'll be ordering some more...they help us sleep peacefully every night. The tablets are small, taste great, easy to take, the dosage is just one tablet. You can't get any easier than that. Thanks iherb :)

I've set up a very nice bedtime routine for myself that includes taking this a few hours before bed. I have definitely slept much better since adding this to my routine. Less waking up through the night and waking up refresh. Also, I fall asleep quicker, too, after my meditation.
