I have been looking for a sleep aid that doesn’t contain melatonin with the type of magnesium ingredients it was perfect! After a couple weeks use it has made such a difference it is great quality, even when I forget to take it I still get a good nights sleep. The only thing I wish is the dosage was smaller than 3 pills but it’s benefits are worth it

This supplement is awesome, and I’d give it 5 stars. The smell is very mild, and the capsules are easy to swallow. The taste isn’t noticeable, which is convenient for softgels. The package is sturdy and keeps them fresh for daily use. I notice a clear benefit in helping me sleep better and feel more relaxed. It seems made with quality ingidient, and I’ll definitely keep taking it.
I was skeptical of this product, but it really does relax me. I only take it at bedtime, so less than the suggested dosage, and it is still quite effective. I was so grateful to find a supplement with an ingredient list that doesn't include melatonin. The price seems to reflect the quality, and the benefit of a good night's rest is hard to put a price on, anyway.
Good composition of ingredients, but I didn't feel any benefits from it. Perhaps I should take it longer. Also I wish the dosage was two capsules (for easier intake). Capsules have no taste, but their size is, in my opinion, too big.

Quite pricey for supplement. Think it did help sleep, but not long term. Think sleep hygiene is always gonna help more ( plus a lot cheaper option)
well , this product is true to his name it is very relaxing and add more sleeping hours to my night time but its important to take the full dose recommended or it will not be as efficient as it can be .
