Certified Organic Flax Oil, 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)

I recently learned that flaxseed oil is actually very beneficial, especially during pregnancy. It’s a great plant-based source of healthy fats — but unfortunately, that’s not something every doctor will tell you. I only found out through my own research. I try to add at least a teaspoon a day to my meals, preferably after cooking — like in salads or finished dishes — to preserve its health benefits. I noticed the bottle says there are 16 servings per container, but I feel like there’s actually a lot more in there. As for the packaging, I really appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle — definitely a better choice than plastic. However, the design of the neck isn’t very convenient. It’s rounded in a way that makes pouring a bit tricky — I often end up with oil dripping down the side unless I pour really quickly and carefully. In terms of taste, this is my first time trying flaxseed oil, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I’d say the flavor is neutral overall. If you take it by the spoon, there’s a slight bitterness, but once it’s mixed into food, you hardly notice it. All in all, I’m pretty happy with the product

I love the quality of this flax oil. My favorite part is that it’s packaged in a glass bottle. Very rare to find anything not packed in plastic. Not sure of the benefits yet but so far so good. Almost done my first bottle and purchased a second. Great tasting! One simple ingredient.

cold pressed and organic, very good product. The package arrived with nice packed. This is good for Hari and skin and overall health for human and dog food too. Ingredient is clean, and good omega source.

I've been using this oil for a while now and it is good. This is my first purchase of the product since Vitacost became iHerb. :( First, I could only order 8 oz bottles instead of the 32 oz. I normally order. Second, the package arrived today (in a timely manner) with NO cooling packs so the oil that should remain cool was very warm.

My Naturepath told me it would help remove the Inflammation in my body...and to take 2 TBSP Before bed. I said Flax tasted great when I thought it woul taste gross. I was wrong...it tastes better than Olive Oil. Still see no signs yet, but know it takes time...On 3rd bottle now.

Great quality flax oil! It is fresh and I love the taste! It is packaged in a glass bottle which is great. There is only one ingredient which is the oil.

tastes high quality ingredients. my integrative Doctor makes me take it as supplement for omega. I take by bottle instruction and keep it in the fridge

I use this oil in my protein shakes. It mixes in well and doesn’t have any noticeable flavor. I am trying to increase my omega intake.
