This has helped my hands and arms from going numb. I believe it also helps with pain associated with what many call carpal tunnel syndrome, however I believe my symptoms connect to the nerves connected to my upper neck/back. This seems to help aid is what have been some very problematic numbing/tingling pain at nighttime especially.
