Definitely good for an energy boost but it has that pre workout tingly sensation which i hate, and I am not a fan.

Good quality and the size is decent with good ingredient

This stuff is amazing. I drink a cup of it every morning on the way to work. I’m not a coffee drinker, and the caffeine in this doesn’t make me feel edgy like energy drinks. Highly recommend this product, and this was the cheapest price I could find it in the internet.

The flavor of the drink would be greatly improved by dropping the sucralose, replacing it with stevia or monk fruit, then dialing back the sweet by at least 50 percent. Took me a sec to figure out that was in there and unfortunately that sweetener doesn't agree with me. If you're sensitive to it like I am, I wouldn't suggest drinking this at the gym unless you are prepared to spend your workout in the lav. If you're not, you can probably water this show a bit to reduce the sweetness and greatly improve the flavor.
