I am very very sensitive to artificial sweeteners they almost always linger in my mouth for hours and sometimes days. This product does not do that. I have tried other allulose products on iherb and this one doesn’t get or come clumpy like the other ones do. It has such a good smell and taste. I get excited to use it in my morning coffee and matcha. I’m gonna try making some desserts with it this weekend! Will be repurchasing :)

I really love this sweetener. It doesn't leave an aftertaste like stevia, although it's a little bit less sweet than sugar. The texture is powdered-sugar like and I have to say I completely elevated my desserts. I've used it for cakes, brownies and even to sweeten my tea. I think a major upgrade would be to include a scoop inside in order to have better access to the content. All in all, it's very good quality but a little expensive. I'll definitely buy it again.
