I loved this supplement, it is easy to take, tastes great and I noticed the benefits from the 1st week : it definitely helped with anxiety and sleep. I didn't know this brand but it seems of very good quality, I definitely recommend it and will buy again.
Follow as prescribed take 3 to feel effects. I take SSRI and I still felt relaxed but not if I only take 1 or 2. My partner loves it and he takes it a couple hours before he finishes work so he’s able to unwind from work faster. Taste has a bit of herbal taste to it but ok after 2nd or 3rd try we got used to it.
