My first time using millet. Made a carob cake with it. Turned out moist and tasty. No problems either in the baking or digestion. This is gluten free, which I need. I went to the Arrowhead Mills website to learn the differences between their flours, so now I know how to use millet, sorghum, etc. Suggest that others do the same if you're not familiar with all of them. Recommend.
This millet flour is a great substitute to use in baking and making pancakes. It has a subtle nutty flavor. I mix it with a little almond flour and sorghum flour to make pancakes and biscuits. It's a gluten free and non-inflammatory flour. This brand is one of the best I've seen in regards to quality.

This brand is hands down the best!! I love Bob’s red mill but this tops them with the quality and the fact that the are organic. You can really see the quality when you open the bag. There’s a decent amount in the packaging as well. Staple for gf baking.
