I like these electrolytes! I have been buying Trace Minerals products for years and was glad to find out they have an electrolyte with a lot of salt! I specifically need to increase salt intake so this was the perfect product for me! It’s on the stronger side, but you can always just add more water. Tastes great and I think gives me energy. I would recommend it!

The ingredients in these electrolytes are better than most others. I like that it includes coconut water powder for extra hydration. These Trace electrolytes are my favorite along with Redmonds Re-Lyte. This salty mango flavor is excellent and really nice for a change from the typical electrolyte flavors, it is a real mango taste that is slightly salty, very sweet but can be diluted to your taste. The individual packets are slightly less grams than other brand's electrolytes packets.
