Good products, pure ingredients, but it didn't work for me. Nothing with the product is just the omega seven. Created too much mucus and having allergies too much trouble for my sinuses and chest congestion. I thought I was going to get a little bit more moisture. In my eyes and other places.But it was total overproduction.
