I have taken preservative free eye drops, expensive heated eye massager, cold eye patch, etc. I felt irritated by the end of the day because of my dry eyes and constant twitching of my left eye, also i had swollen left eyelid cause of dry eyes. I bought this Omega 7 for dry eye support, but I can't justify the cost. More than 2 capsules are needed to get an effect. I'm not sure if it helps, so will discontinue. It helps some people a lot though, especially women who are in their 40s+.

Good but not sure if it helped my dry eyes. But in my case it's more complicated so I need more than just supplements.

I notice a big difference when I take these. My eyes are much less dry. I've tried other brands but they do not seem to work as well for me. I appreciate that it is a clean supplement. Very effective!
