This has given me some of my best sourdough results. It develops gluten really well, the dough is easy to handle and shape, and I consistently get a great result with it. Definitely one of my favorite flours for sourdough baking.
It arrived and was amazing, but they stopped stocking it. I request that it be available again. The packaging was excellent and the cooler was fantastic. I will definitely order from them again. It was a worthwhile experience.

As someone who enjoys baking, I’ve found this flour really easy to work with. The dough rises nicely and develops a good texture, and the bread comes out soft and chewy with a nice crust. It has worked very well for my homemade bread. I usually use it to make sourdough or european bread. I do like it a lot.
I have been using this flour for 4 years now. I bake sourdough & yeast based breads. The quality and workability of my dough changed positively since I have been using this flour. Highly recommended if you bake breads, rolls, pizza.
