This is one of the best things you can take for your PCOS. I started this in January and am now at the end of my second tub and have already had two consecutive cycles. I've tried a few different brands and this is the only one that has worked, so will definitely be sticking to this. Looks expensive but it does last 3 months, and it works!

Changed to this inositol powder after using a different brand which didn’t my expectations. So far it’s been good and supporting my hormonal health. The taste is not so overpowering and sweet and blends well with any drinks and juices. Right now I have stopped using this and use it when I feel like doing so
I love ovasitol and feel it is key in my vitamins/supplements I take. The glue if you will - the quality of ingredients is so good with this brand! And I love having some of these around with being easy for my work / personal travel. I recommend having the container for day to day - a bit cheaper - but if you travel, also have a pack of this!
