I m not sure it really works for me. I don’t really suffer from digestive issues so when I added this to my probiotic routine, as an effect, it increased a lot the times that I need to use the toilet, even excessively. So I have to control the times I really want to use it. The color purple is a surprise, taste is bearable though at times I prefer to mix it with milk to get it

After turning 60, I often wake up in the morning with stiff joints. I read in reviews that taking collagen supplements can help. So I decided to try this product as it contains essential amino acids, 1 scoop in my morning coffee & another scoop in the afternoon. There is no strong fishy taste or smell. Since taking it, my joints, especially the knees, don't feel stiff or sore anymore. I'm glad it works for me.

What I like about this is that it doesn’t really have any kind of flavor and the bag is lasting me a long time because you don’t need to put a lot in your shake or smoothie or water however you drink it. I definitely would purchase this again.

This is a good product for getting collagen in your diet. I add it to a protein shake twice a day. I prefer only one scoop at a time because it does slightly change the texture and taste of whatever you add it to, but not in a bad way. It dissolves easily.
