Quality supplement brand. I take APA to support detoxification every so often. Decent high dosage which helps fight free radicals and oxidative stress. There is no unpleasant taste or smell and can be a good addition to a healthy diet and lifestyle. I am careful not to take too many anti oxidants or to take them too often because the risks can outweigh the benefits paradoxically. Dr Berg has a video about taking potent antioxidants.
First time trying this. Seems like a great quality brand ALA pairing it with Berberine to manage cholesterol and lower blood sugar, and support metabolism, oxidative stress and it helps regenerate other antioxidants like Vitamin C and E.
