Quality ingredients and very effective. I finally found something for my daughter who had a hard time sleeping for over a year. This product is not worth the money, I took two tablets as suggested and it took me a long time to get to sleep. I almost felt drugged and drunk all night, I had nightmares and an excruciating headache the next day. I felt fatigued and exhausted and unable to do anything for two days. Will not be repurchasing please beware of this product
