It is one if best I think to replenish acetylcholine neurotransmitter, of course after conversion. I combine it with Huperzine A. It helps to me. It promots wakefulness and focus. I do not feel tired and I am not reliant of coffee as before. I take only one cap at the morning up to noon. The cap size is almost small.
