It's work very good on me I don't have much constipation lots of fibre in my age 60+ it's not to Sweet Day gradients work for me and it's simple small package so I can put it anywhere and I love to have it in my diet I different to feel different with my gut, not constipated anymore

The taste was good. The ingredients were all natural. It didn't work as well as I had hoped. Vitamatics was better. It has enough fiber but probably needs more servings. Fiber is needed for the gut and daily diet so this helps. Price is decent. Helps with constipation a bit.
