The quantity in the package is very large and should last for a year. I’m looking forward to seeing improvements in hair loss and the quality of my hair and nails, but I understand it takes some time to notice changes. I’ll update my review after using it for a while.

I buy it to try if it can help harden the nails and hair. 5000mcg is a lot higher than daily recommendation but it is still safe to use. I like the size of this pill, small and easy to swallow, how good is the ingredient is still pending for longer use

I started to use a supplement containing Biotin, so I decided against supplementing with this at the same time. High doses of Biotin are known to generate breakouts and pimples. Will update again once I start taking it.

The biotin pills are small and easy to swallow. Taking just one a day is super convenient, too. After 3 weeks of taking it I noticed more volume and strength in my hair and nails. There is no taste in this pill. It has some benefits for skin also. It’s helped clear up my skin and tackle acne.
