As someone who has taken probiotics for a long time without any issues, I was surprised that the LactoBif 5 formula triggered significant stomach discomfort and diarrhea for me. It is a well-packaged product from a reliable brand, but every gut microbiome is unique, and this combination simply did not agree with my stomach.
We've only been using these probiotics for about a week, so it's still too early to see noticeable results. My kids take them without any issues, and we'll continue using them for a while longer.
