These probiotics helped to replenish her good flora, and she's experiencing fewer constipation issues, her infection is improving, and she has less burping. We're really happy with the results! We also got extra bottles for myself and my husband. For me, taking two capsules at night helped with my digestive routine, although I noticed my gas was quite smelly 😂. But I feel better each day. My husband is also having a positive experience—he only takes one capsule per day, but it helps with his bloating issues, although his gas at night can be a bit smelly.
