my kids have been taking this for awhile now and it really helps with their immunity. the taste is a little bit sour but at room temperature it's fine. as for dosage, just a drop of the feeder each day is enough. the petite bottle size makes it portable too.

Great product! Not sure if that was the particular reason, but both my kids were getting sick when the package arrived and I started immediately giving them this. And both of them were feeling great in 2 days. I used it twice a day for 3 days and then 1 every other day. The size is enough for 2-3 months for 2 kids.
