This was recommended to me by OBGYN for overall uterine health. I’ve been taking this for a couple of years, and have had good results with it. I’m not a huge fan of this style or compressed tablets, but the size is small enough that I can swallow it. There isn’t a strong taste or anything, but be warned it will make your urine very orange.
