Sleep Science®, Melatonin, Time Release, 3 mg, 60 Tablets

We tried these time release 3mg for my daughter who has a lot of trouble going to sleep and staying asleep. With quick dissolve, she’ll sleep easily, but wake up a couple of hours later, wide awake. These times release melatonin are fabulous. They are easy for her to swallow, help her drift off to sleep easily and most of all they help her stay asleep/go back to sleep through the night.

I take this when i wake up in the middle of the night. Before I tried this product, it could take me quite a while to get back to sleep. It gets me back to sleep and keeps me asleep until my alarm goes off.

Timed-release melatonin works well for reducing nighttime awakenings and supporting deeper sleep. Tablets are easy to take and reliable. Four stars because the bottle is relatively small and dose may need adjustment for some users.

I like the dosage and the fact that it is a timed release product. Taken before bed, it helps me get a good night's sleep without waking up until morning.

Time release works great. Never slept better. 3mg is perfect dose as others were too strong.

This works. I fall asleep quickly with this. I take 1 before bed and it knocks me off 30 min later. The tablet doesn't taste like anything, just like a tiny chalk tablet. Overall I'm happy with it, because it doesn't have any extra sugars and I can take it with water after brushing my teeth in the evening unlike those that are chewable.
