Great Taste, No Clumps, Lowers My LDL
This is a psyllium husk powder (whole husk that has been ground into a fine powder). The powder version has a finer texture and once mixed with water, it congeals into a gel-like substance instantly with minimal clumps. I normally take 5grams with a glass of cold water and consumed it quickly. The best way to mix is to always stir as you pour water over the psyllium powder. I enjoy the berry taste. UPDATE: My daily regime of Bergamot 1200mg + Psyllium Husk 10gr lowers my LDL 55% (164 to 73).

This fibre powder is easy to drink. I normally have it with squash to make it taste even better. I had digestive issues for years and this is the only thing that’s help me move things along.
